Terms & Conditions 

Our terms and conditions are set out so nothing bad happens to the customers, workers no the business, we have layed out several factors that we would love everyone to follow and understand. 

Not all stains are removable but they will be extremely faded.
Stain removal may be costing some concrete paint to be removed.
Any minor damages to the house prior to us working will be noted and taken photo of.
We are not responsible for any wear and tears that may occur whilst working but major damages will be paid for. if you are worried about any scratches or damages may occur then the house owner must move their belongings or inform the worker about it.


Any constant intentional disrespect will cost the job to be cancelled, but the worker must inform the client that "he/she/they" are being disrespectful, if acknowledge and nothing has been changed, then the job will be cancelled and there will be certain consequences. but if they acknowledge their behavior, apologies  and they change their behavior, there will be no charges or consequences, and the job will be completed.

once a client has booked an appointment, they have 2 free reschedules and the next will be charged with a fee. (to reschedule, it must be minimum 24 hours before the date of the job, or charges may be required). 
Any cancellations of the booking, will be charged with a cancellation fee, if the cancellation is done 3 days after the date of the job, anything before the 3 days prior to the job will have no cancellation fee.

Payment will be in cash, direct transfer or through eftpos. with direct transfer there will be a certain time period where you will have to pay, if not paid on time, there will be consequence and authority will be sent.
If the customer refuse to pay there will be a consequence as well, there must be a payment. Most scenarios we will ask for a deposit for good measures.  


These are set for our workers safety and the safety of the brand, we do not tolerate, disrespectful, dishonest and unprofessional individuals. we respect our clients, our work and our employees. So if there are any issues with the worker (disrespect or broken property) report to the manager straight away, but prior to reporting it, inform the worker first. We try our best to be just, so we will hear the story from both ends and come up with a solution.
